	PRINTEMPS - sleeps 4/5. A 2 bedroom suite on the first floor, ideal for two couples or a family group. The first bedroom has a double bed and a sitting area. The second room has twin beds and can comfortably accommodate a third bed. The bathroom is spacious with a large walk-in shower.
	ÉTÉ - sleeps 3/4. A 2 bedroom suite on the first floor particularly suitable for a family group. The large double bedroom has its own sitting area. The smaller twin room is ideal for children. Both rooms have their own access into the bathroom, a large room with a bath/shower combination.
	AUTOMNE - sleeps 2. A twin room on the ground floor. The comfortable twin beds can also be converted into a double. There is a small sitting area giving views over the vineyards and a well-fitted bathroom with double size shower.
	HIVER - sleeps 2. A double room on the ground floor, with a sitting area and views over the vineyards. The en-suite bathroom is well-fitted out with a double size shower and there is plenty of storage space throughout.

Les Bords de Loire - sleeps up to 7

This property is in the centre of a riverside village (the river is about 50 m walk away) and has been renovated to a high standard. There is a lounge/dining room, well-fitted kitchen, 3 double bedrooms plus a single bedroom (you pass through that to one of the doubles) a shower room plus en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom. Outside is a sunny enclosed courtyard with table and chairs and a barbecue. There are several shops and cafe/bars in the village (one right on the river with a sunny terrace). The property is available on a self-catering basis and we include a breakfast 'start up' pack. OUR OPINION We think this property is ideal for larger families, or if your children each prefer their own bedroom. It also works well for groups of adult friends travelling together. The accommodation is spacious and full of character and the proximity of the river with its traffic free cycle and walkway is a bonus. Please note the property is on 3 floors - so lots of stairs!

Les Vignes - sleeps up to 7

This 3 bedroomed house is on the edge of a village with views across the vineyards. Downstairs there is a kitchen, dining room and spacious lounge. There is also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor, plus a separate shower room. Upstairs is a second double bedroom, again with en-suite bathroom, and a 3^rd bedroom with 2 single beds, plus a 3^rd child bed and cot. Outside is a fully enclosed garden and terrace with garden furniture. The village has a bakers/mini-general store and the nearest town is 5km away. The property is available on a self-catering basis and we include a breakfast 'start up' pack. OUR OPINION With plenty of space inside and the security of a large enclosed garden area, this property is ideal for families. It also works well for groups of friends, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bath/shower rooms. Having a car for your stay here would be an advantage, as the nearest supermarket and restaurants are 5km away.

Clos de l'Epaisse - sleeps 2/3

This property is a recently converted stone-built cottage in the grounds of the oldest house in our hamlet. The modern interior complements the ancient exterior and everything is fresh and clean. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living/dining area with 2 wicker easy chairs and well-fitted kitchen. There is also a bright and roomy shower room. The open-plan stairs lead to a large bedroom in the roof space with a double bed and two singles. Guests have use fo the sunny enclosed courtyard which is equipped with patio furniture and deckchairs. OUR OPINION This property is ideal for those who prefer a traditional 'gite' style accommodation. It is suitable for couples, two friends happy to share a bedroom or adult/s plus a younger child . The owners have created a cosy property with all you need for a comfortable stay. Guests staying here have the independence of their own 'home' (the French owners are sometimes in residence in their house across the courtyard but are not intrusive). We can also provide a morning bread and croissant delivery here!

Le Chemin - sleeps 2/3

This property is available on a bed-and breakfast basis (no self-catering facilities). There is a comfortable en-suite bedroom in a beautifully restored old stone house. The bedroom - which has independent access from the garden - has a double bed and the en-suite shower room is very well fitted out. In addition there is a second room (leading from the first) with a double loft bed available. Breakfast is taken in the family kitchen and guests also have use of the quiet walled garden with plenty of garden chairs and hammocks to relax in. OUR OPINION This property is ideal for guests wanting an authentic French rural experience, but with all mod cons. The owners are a charming couple who will make you feel very welcome and will be pleased to share their home (and hospitality) with you. The availability of a second bedroom makes this property not only suitable for couples, but also two friends or parent/s with one child travelling together.
