NEW FLIGHT OPTIONS FROM THE UK and IRELAND

Now there are even more options to fly into Tours - our local airport - from the UK and Ireland.  As well as the long-standing flights from London Stansted and Dublin with Ryanair, you can also fly with them from Manchester.

Flybe have also just announced flights (starting May 16th) into Tours - direct from Southampton or with connections via Belfast, Newcastle, Leeds/Bradford, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Jersey.

Transfers from the airport to us are easy - a short bus ride to Tours centre then a train to our local station - we'll pick you up from there.

With flights from as little as £30 return, this makes a short (or longer) break with us even more attractive.  Check out the websites to see what good deals you can get:

DATES FOR YOUR VISIT

If you can't decide when best to take your Loire Valley Break - here are some upcoming local events you should definitely consider:

21 April - Chinon wine fair and open day at our winemaking friend Frederic Mabileau

13 May - wine fair at le cave du Pays de Bourgueil

24 June - Anjou Velo Vintage - fabulous cycling event; roads are closed so you can cycle all along the river  traffic- free

WINE and DISCOVERY TOURS

In 2012, we are offering a significant price reduction if you are happy to join others on a tour.  

Take a look at the relevant Tour prices pages to see when we have tours booked with spaces remaining.  If these dates don't suit you, choose those that do and we'll do our best to find fellow guests to join you!

 Our maximum number of guests on a tour is 8, so you will always receive our personal attention throughout your stay.

 

 

SUMMER BREAKS

In summer we offer our cycling holidays only.  As we only have 4 rooms and suites, we get fully booked early.

Also, we know some families prefer the flexibility of a self-catering stay, as opposed to the bed and breakfast breaks we offer here. So, as well as our own fabulous accommodation, we have added a small number of alternative places to stay.  Each one is high quality and in a great location and of course we still provide all you need for a fantastic cycling holiday - bikes, routes, our back-up service and loads of local information.
